SHIPPING & PRINT FULFILMENT

Shipping is additional to the artwork price

U.S. canvas-print shipping starts at $25 per shipment. The final charge depends on dimensions, quantity, packing, destination and whether the order requires artist signing or multiple shipments. Oversized, framed, international and remote-destination orders are quoted individually. Taxes and any import charges are additional where applicable.

Shipping is displayed at checkout when a suitable rate is configured, or included in an itemised invoice before payment. A product price alone is not an all-inclusive delivered quote. If an order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed shipping amount, we will contact you with the additional charge for your approval or offer cancellation and a refund before fulfilment; no undisclosed charge is automatic.

Direct-to-customer prints

Standard unsigned reproductions may be produced and shipped by an approved production partner. Availability, exact canvas finish, stretched or rolled presentation, framing, dimensions and production timeframe are confirmed in the listing or written order. Paper prints are not currently offered. We do not promise a new supplier integration is active until it is ready.

Physically hand-signed canvas prints

Artist hand-signing is an optional service agreed before ordering. The hand-signed print price is twice the corresponding standard unsigned print price, excluding shipping and taxes. A printed signature reproduced within an image is not a physical artist signature. Hand-signed orders require routing through the artist and may take longer or incur additional packing and shipping charges, confirmed before payment.

Originals and other merchandise

Original artworks, mirrors, sculptural details, framed work and large canvases may require specialist packing, insurance or freight. Mugs, blankets, pillows and other gifts have product-specific materials, care and delivery arrangements; consult the individual listing or request a quote.

Production and delivery timing

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The dispatch estimate stated at ordering controls. If none is stated, we will ship within 30 days or follow the legally required delay-consent and refund process. Carrier dates are estimates rather than guaranteed event-delivery dates unless expressly agreed. Tracking is provided when available. An order with several products may arrive in separate parcels.

Address and delivery issues

Check the delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately about corrections. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch. Customer-caused redelivery or address-correction charges are payable where lawful and agreed; this does not remove remedies for our or our production partner’s error. Contact us about a lost or damaged parcel so we can investigate.

International availability and import arrangements must be confirmed before ordering. Any customer-paid duties or import taxes will be disclosed where known and remain subject to applicable law.

These terms apply to new orders and bookings placed after publication. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs. Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
