Orders, quotations and booking

This store is operated by Artabramova LLC and presents the work and services of Gamayuna (Ekaterina Abramova). Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Availability, dimensions, options and the accepted order or invoice define what you purchase. A contact enquiry or email button does not reserve a date or take payment.

For private events, we confirm the scope, location, hours, materials, travel and full price in writing. Booking requires an accepted quote and the 50% booking payment. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the event unless otherwise agreed. Scheduled workshop tickets are paid in full before attendance. We may decline a new request before accepting a booking; any payment for an order we cannot accept will be refunded.

Artist services and minimum bookings

Live painting performance starts at $700 for the agreed local scope; the painting itself is not included. Face, body and mask painting for events is $200 per hour, minimum 3 hours ($600). Individual face or body painting starts at $150 per hour; full-body scope and required time are quoted separately. Additional hours, assistants, special supplies, travel, accommodation, shipping and projections require agreement. Buying one hourly unit does not confirm an event or override its minimum.

Live painting ownership and sale

The performance fee pays for the artist’s time and creative performance. The original stays with Gamayuna unless separately purchased or sold under an accepted written arrangement. A direct sale, event-organised sale or fundraising auction requires an agreed artwork price or reserve, settlement and any division of proceeds. A sale or auction does not reduce the performance fee. A musician’s signature is optional, subject to that musician’s consent and availability, and never guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Artwork and reproduction rights

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Purchasing a physical original, print, mask or other object does not transfer copyright or grant merchandising, commercial reproduction, logo, AI training or other licensing rights. Any licence must be separately agreed in writing. Artist services are not work made for hire unless the artist expressly agrees in a signed document.

Product details and personalisation

Prints are reproductions, not original paintings. Size refers to the dimensions stated for the selected format; framing, stretching, metallic finishes and embellishment are included only if stated. Screen colours can differ from physical materials. Artist hand-signed canvas prints cost twice the corresponding standard unsigned price, before shipping and taxes, and must be ordered through an agreed option or invoice.

Cancellations, fulfilment and mandatory rights

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. All sales are final for discretionary customer returns and workshop no-shows, subject to the stated exceptions and mandatory law. These policies do not waive remedies for defective, misdescribed, undelivered or cancelled services or goods.

Participation and venue arrangements

The client supplies an agreed safe working area and venue permissions. Body and face painting requires participant consent; minors require parent or guardian permission and appropriate supervision. Disclose relevant sensitivities before application. The artist may decline unsuitable skin applications or pause unsafe activity. Art workshops support creative expression and reflection and do not provide medical or psychological treatment or guarantee personal outcomes.

Changes and disputes

Changes require written agreement. New terms apply prospectively, not retroactively to accepted orders. Florida law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

These terms apply to new orders and bookings placed after publication. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs. Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
