Watch an original painting unfold in dialogue with music and the energy of your gathering. Gamayuna (Ekaterina Abramova) creates live for concerts, orchestras, festivals, weddings, birthdays and corporate celebrations.
WHAT THE PERFORMANCE FEE COVERS
The agreed creative performance, planning of the theme, and normal setup and pack-down for one event. The $700 starting price applies to a local, individually agreed scope; performance length, canvas dimensions, art-material budget and venue requirements are specified in the quote. Larger work, orchestral productions, extra rehearsals, projections and travel are quoted separately.
CHOOSE WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PAINTING
- Performance only: the original stays with Gamayuna. The organiser does not acquire the painting or an automatic share in its later sale.
- Performance + artwork purchase: acquire the finished original at a separately agreed price. Release follows full payment and any necessary drying.
- Organised direct sale: the event can help find a collector. Any commission, sale authority, reserve and settlement are agreed in writing before the event.
- Fundraising auction: agree the beneficiary, reserve price and division of proceeds in advance. The performance fee remains payable independently of whether the painting sells.
Gamayuna retains copyright and reproduction rights. Prints, merchandise and licensing require a separate agreement.
WITH MUSICIANS & ORCHESTRAS
The painting can develop alongside the musical programme. A musician’s signature may be arranged with their consent and availability; it is an optional addition and is not included or guaranteed by the base performance fee. Out-of-town organisers cover agreed travel, accommodation, transport of art materials and other expenses.

AVAILABILITY, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Send your date, location, guest count and ideas before paying. We confirm availability, the scope and full price in writing and issue an itemised invoice: 50% to reserve the booking, 50% immediately after the event, unless another schedule is agreed. The booking payment is non-refundable for client cancellation to the extent permitted by law. Additional hours, special materials, assistants, travel and accommodation are agreed separately. Any direct checkout payment is credited against your accepted quote; it does not automatically confirm a date. If we cannot accept a paid booking, the payment is refunded.
