Day 16 – Shift the Lens

Day 16 – Shift the Lens

Painted on the beach at Loveburn,

watching the sunset,

listening to the waves.

This painting is about perspective.

The mind loves repetition.

It keeps us inside the same narrative,

the same reaction,

the same emotional loop.

But life is not a straight line.

It is a spiral.

When you allow yourself to rotate your view,

you discover gratitude where you saw lack.

Growth where you saw conflict.

Beauty where you saw imperfection.

Appreciation comes

when you shift the lens.

Maybe nothing around you changes.

But the angle does.

And that changes everything.
